What
to go see
You know we love movies here at
snapculture, so we decided to plan out your future cinema
experiences for you. Here's what to see each weekend for... a while.

Mission:
Impossible III |
We
don't like Tom Cruise any more than you, but we're excited
about this one. J.J. Abrams directing insures that it will
be good. |

Poseidon |
Who
doesn't love a good
tidal-wave-that-breaks-in-the-middle-of-the-ocean movie?
Well, we do. And its a remake of a well-loved old movie.
Plus it has Mia Maestro and Emmy Rossum in it. We'll be
there... opening day. |

Over
the Hedge |
If
you see anything this weekend, see this and NOT the other
one which won't be named (but I bet you're just as sick of
hearing about it). But this really does look kinda cute...
well... ok, really we just can't wait for Cars. |

X-Men:
The Last Stand |
This
is most definitely not the last we'll see of the X-Men. The
name is just a marketing ploy to guarantee big numbers...
like they needed a ploy for that? Anyway, we wish they had
included Gambit in this one, but it will still be good
entertainment. |

The
Break-Up |
We're
reluctant to put this one. Maybe it will be good. It looks
quality... well made... it just may not turn out to be as
enjoyable as one might like. We'll have to see. |

Cars |
Need
we explain? This has everything going for it. Except Eva
Mendes is NOT in it. That would've been even better. |

The
Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift |
Yeah,
so we're seriously excited. No joke. Even if it does look
whats the word, bad. There's bound to be plenty of Engrish
and still some pretty sweet racing. Plus, Vin Diesel
makes a cameo. 4 Fast 4 Furious up next?
|
|
Nacho
Libre |
It
looks really funny, but we don't want to see Jack Black
half-naked for an hour and a half either.
|
| The
Lake House |
This
one could go either way. It looks like a good story, but Keanu
Reeves may cancel that out from the get-go. This one
depends solely on reviews. |

If
you must... Let's just hope it turns out more like Bruce
Almighty and less like it looks. |

Superman
Returns |
We
don't gotta say anything. And ladies, don't go see The Devil
Wears Prada instead of this. You are allowed to see that
only if you see this first. |

Pirates
of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest |
So,
I'm a groomsmen in my brother's wedding the day this comes
out... which means that I will be skipping the wedding to
see this. Only kidding... I'm just leaving early. Only
kidding again... but I do want to see this afterwards. SO
EXCITED.
|
| A
Scanner Darkly |
This
looks so cool... the animation-not-animation thing that's
going on. And the story looks pretty cool too... ?? |

You,
Me and Dupree |
We
hope this is funnier than the early trailers have been. It
looks like it lack's charm which is not normal for a Kate
Hudson movie. |

|
Lady
In the Water |
A
bit different for M. Night Shayamalan, but still
classic of him. We have no doubt that this will be
another great film.
|
| Monster
House |
This
looks like it has potential to be cute. Plus, Spielberg
produced it. We'll see.
|
| My
Super Ex-Girlfriend |
Looks
like it could be really funny. Plus Wanda Sykes doesn't even
have to speak to make us laugh. This has alot going for
it... but it could easily be tremendously stupid. |

Miami
Vice |
Our
#1 most anticipated
movie of the summer. Not even Jamie Foxx can ruin
this Michael Mann and Colin Farrell masterpiece.
There are a few other movies that might
be worth seeing, namely The
Ant Bully, Little Miss Sunshine, John Tucker Must Die
and Scoop (the last two, though, doubt it because the
first has Jesse Metcalfe in it and the second is a Woody
Allen movie and not even Scarlett Johansson's
hottness and Hugh Jackman's coolness can change
that). BUT! THIS MOVIE SHOULD BE SEEN EVERY DAY FOR ONE WEEK
and then you can procede to see the others if you must. |

Talladega
Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby |
Hopefully
this is another Anchorman and not another Kicking
and Screaming. Will Ferrell's almost starting to
wear out his welcome. |
